Private Group Session
Visiting town for a short stay at the lake? Girls night in? Office or department retreat? Whatever the occasion, a group session is a great opportunity for bonding, fun, and wellness! Yoga, meditation, and breath work can add depth to any celebration or extended work session. Whether you need energy, focus, stress relief, bonding and team cohesion, or all of the above, a private group session will exceed your expectations.

In a private group session, I will work with you and your group's needs and goals. Generally, I am open for booking these sessions on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. However, if you have other scheduling requirements, please reach out to me directly and we will work together to find a mutually agreeable time.

Depending on the depth of experience and goals you have for your group, our session may be as short as one hour or last up to four hours. For group sizes over 15, please reach out directly for large group discounts.
