Mid-Week Reset

Reset your focus for the remainder of your week with this relaxing, restorative yoga practice. Calm the mind with a meditative yoga practice, release tension in the body as you hold and breathe through each pose for 2 - 5 minutes, and provide yourself the self-care you deserve. Space is limited to only 6 participants so be sure to sign up early!
