Cheer on the rebirth of the sun as we generate warmth and grounding through a mindful craft activity and a slow-paced, yet powerful  yoga practice and meditation. Re-center and focus in on your intentions for the coming season. Reconnect your physical body with the natural rhythms of our environment and tune into your inner voice.

To reschedule or cancel within the terms of our refund policy, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Any changes made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to the full charge.
